Is NBI clearance different from a police clearance? Or is it the same? I also have to provide FBI clearance because I stayed in the US for more than a year after I turned 18. So I guess that would also be a problem since it usually takes 3 months for them to process FBI clearances. Thanks guys! You're all really GOOD at this. You guys might want to consider being immigration consultants when you reach Quebec.
Peace!
P.S.
I realized just now that the Immigration requirements from the federal level here in our country that I was reading was from an old PDF file released by CIC Manila office. The info written there was already obsolete! Looks like I have to download these forms again. Thanks again guys!

We need to submit the NBI clearance. Better apply for your FBI clearance now so that you receive it around the schedule of your interview then you can submit the federal application right after.

Congratulations StillHope ! Finally you have done it. Please can you advice us on this. My wife being a principal applicant but cannot attend french classes as we are having 4 month old baby. Which online french course would allow her to prepare for her A1 within 4 months. Meanwhile, I am attending the basic french level course from Alliance de Francaise and want to reach at least A2
