I need to know if Quebec is taking me or not because I want to apply to Ontario in January. I applied to Quebec in April of this year. Is there chances I will get status update by december? received AOR in July.

Heya Friends,

I have the greatest news of all...I am at this moment holding my CSQ and each for all my family members. We are all so excited. We were interviewed by the kindest man ever who made us feel so comfortable. Me and my wife jocked all the way, we forgot our kids passports, no French language and we werent so sure how things would turn out to be. Then he just goes, "I think everything is clear for me, so I am granting you the Certificate, congratulations" I almost jusmped on him in excitement. So please, everyone, do not fret, these pple are really kind, I went to Paris office. If it is a foretaste of Quebec, then I wanna be there asap, lol. Thank you all for your help and prayers. Shahi, do u now have a new date?

For sure! Thanks mate. And guess what, as if that's not enough, I just pulled out the documents and cover letter given to me yesterday, and wow...it's written "PRIORITY TREATMENT". My God is good!!!

Thank u all for ur warm congratulations...Shahi, u will be fine my friend...every day that we await must surely come to pass. We are so excited and still tryn to deal with the priority status we just discovered last night from the letter. The news' too good for us. thank u all for being there.

shahi i think my interview will be n february too - if it takes more than february then thats really wierd because total wait time april-feb = 10 months for just csq which is looong.

Im just scared i may get a job offer in ontario and apply for permanent residence through other means even though i would really like to live in quebec but hey wasting time.
