Once you apply for the federal, you must inform the visa office of any changes to your application ( birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law partner , new job or employer , change of address, change of email address , change of immigration representative , etc. . ) . you need provide a letter stating the nature of the changes , with any relevant supporting documents . If your documents are not in French or English, you must send a notarized translation ( certified ) , with copies of the originals.

Id like to know if French is a mandatory/eliminatory requirement, in my case, I have French level Intermediate Advancced but my wife doesn't, can I be approved even she does not have French? (WE GOT 59 points with the others requirements)
