i called regarding my file and this is what they told me

I applied since dec 2013

Instead of telling me I am at the 1st stage of the process..

is this a positive sign to get the CSQ, i applied in 2011 and i make Mise a jour twice and i got b2 b2 on french test TCFQ.

please share with me your opinion about this letter.

also note that letter signature is CRL_124b attente decision_LSTQ

I think you don't need to mention, because they will not give any point for incomplete degree, hence you need to leave it till they ask you update document through intent to reject letter...

hi tokito, I think verification of documents depends on case to case and it will take 1 to 9 months.
