Hi Kelly,
Rohitchaudhary1976 stated that there are forms with instructions of "Do Not Staple". I did not find those in mine or I just missed them, so maybe take a look at your forms and the instructions so you can be assured that what you're doing is the right thing.
Hi RAISTLIN and KELLY: FYI, I am putting one link. This Instruction link is for CSQ holders who are applying for FSW. And read the second paragraph where clearly written "unbound". So i feel that when firing a gun (STAPLER lol) is not allowed in federal then it is too not right to fire the gun in Quebec application, rest you know better, its not a big deal. Paper clip is easy to remove than stapler.

Dear All,
I was studying the Quebec Skilled Worker Program from some time and thought my self eligible to apply as per new rules.
But when I deep dived I found a clause which it seems will make my application ineligible.
I did Bachelors in Civil from a prominent college in india(2001-2005) and after that Joined IT. I have always worked in IT and have just finished 8 yrs of experience.
The clause says"The diploma or degree must have been obtained in the five years previous to applying for Quebec immigration. If this is not the case, the applicant must have worked for at least one year out of the five years in a field directly related to the diploma or degree obtained."
So as per this rule I havnt done my degree in last five years and I am working in completely different field from my bachelors. I am in dilemma if I am rightly studying the rules. If I have interpreted it right then I wont be eligible for quebec. I am disheartened to find this out. Sad
Kindly suggest your advice on this.My Apology if this question has already been asked and I am asking again.
Thanks
GMON

Hi...Yea you are right according to quebec, this is what the rule says which you stated above.
You better fill out Campbell Cohen free assessment form and once you get the response from them then talk to them over phone, stating them that you have received assessment response and you want to discuss about that then the receptionist will transfer the call to the concerned person and then discuss your chances with him. Campbell Cohen is good than the normal immigration so called "consultants."

Hi guys! I would like to ask and clarify something. The 20,000 cap for the QSW program applies for all the applicants who already applied even before the new regulations released last August 1, 2013 or did the quota of 20,000 only started after august 1? I am quite worried what will happen if my application won't make it in the 20,000 quota since I am just about to pass.
Also, does anyone here know anyone personally who is already in Quebec through the QSW Program? If yes, did they do it alone or through an agency?
Thank you very much for any help you can give me

i paid via bank draft.
Hi.
I requested to my consultant to file my application before 1 st August but he did not as i scored B1 in French and the new requirement was B2 and my application was ready with each and every document to be filed at QSW office.
Now a new disaster of 20 thousand applicants acceptance Quota.
I guess it will stay a dream to land in Canada.
Hello,
what's the phone number of BIQ HK ??
