How important are the Conjoint de Fait papers?
Particularly the high school diploma?
I have applied for a certified copy of my results as my parents have my certificate and I do not have any contact at all with them or any of my Family at all.
I have called the UK government agency that can issue certified copies of results, but they cannot find mine or anyone elses from the same exam year as me, it would seem that they have been lost in the transation from one agency to another.
The principal applicanty has all the papers necesary and I have everything else in the paperwork department.

I guess there will be a small freeze for some time, other wise they will never be better in processing.
It is not fair neither for old applicants, nor new applicants, and nor for those who are still preparing to send their applications, to be in such a Queue, with limited number of Employees.
I guess they will centralize all the process from Montral, but this needs a small freeze, to get rid of some of the backlog they have.
They used to send AOR after 45 days and now up to 7 months ..
Any links to prove this claim?...or is just a guess?

It is a guess, if it is announced you would see everybody talking about it

Of course that you would see everyone talking about it.31 March is almost 2 weeks from now,I would guess that Quebec Immigration would send some signals about something similar happening.
I would guess that postponing the intake of apps. in FSW came from insufficient IO`s,for example in Vienna visa office are 2 IO`s for 9 countries,in other visa offices situation is almost like hell(LVO,NDVO,etc).
Does anyone has any statistics on how many apps.have been submited for QSW for this year?

well french was a hidden part of Quebec selection and i personally believe that if you cannot communicate how you will survive and how you will get a job i think so they will say if u want to apply for Quebec then you must have knowledge of french Language i have seen the link

Umer
i didn't see any statement about compulsory french for QSW applicants in that release. did you? i think its all about francisation of businesses in the region. however, for businesses as it is, as an applicant include yourselves in the francisation since you will become part of a business in quebec soon.

HELLO,
I got my CSQ last Month from Montreal and now preparing my file for FEDERAL. I have one question if anyone has answer to it please do reply..........I have a valid work permit (valid till 2015) but my TRV( temporary resident visa) is expired as I don't have any near future plans to go backhome so I don't want to renew it and waste money. My question is as TRV is only required to come back from your home country so still I need it before filing PR or just a valid work permit will be fine? Actually I applied for PCC few days back and right now waiting for it and when I will get it I will apply for FEDERAL so I don't want to delay my application for unnecessary TRV I just want to ask somepone who had similar experience before.
Thanks
Go0d Day,
For degree outside of Quebec in Computer Science 4 years, how much points is allocated 6 or 12 and what is the code for this?
Also the applicant has a Masters in Computer Science does this make a difference?
Thanks for the help.

You will get 6 points for computer science degree of 4 years. (comes under section C)
And along with that masters will give you 2 extra points in education section.(for bachelors its 10 but masters 12)
so all together you will get 18 points in education and training section.
Thanks for the response Neetu1
I thought it would be 12 if this degree is equivalent to a Quebec degree ???

It depends from where you got the degree all foreign degrees obtained from outside of Quebec are mostly not considered to be equivalent to Quebec degree. I heard some of the degrees obtained from France are considered to be equivalent to Quebec degree(all other are foreign degrees)
