Dear Friends
i want e-mail address of biq Montreal so can anybody please provide the same??
and
Also wanted to know that i have applied in march-2011 so from which month they have transferred the file to montreal
kindly guide me for the same
Regards
Hi hec006,
To be honest, I didn't apply to BIQ Hong Kong and even I knew that the Hong Kong files have been transferred to Montreal. It clearly says that on their website, this news has been on there for a few weeks now ( since 28/12/2012). It's not like they secretly did it behind the applicants' back. They are always updating the website and letting applicants know what's happening. They didn't stop the processing of files that were submitted to Hong Kong in 2011, I think you are being a bit too judgmental, you didn't lose your money either. Your file has simply been transferred to Montreal and is currently being processed.
I know this waiting process is daunting and frustrating but we are all in the same boat here. Given that most of the BIQs have closed down and now most applicants have to send their file to Montreal, it is only natural that the waiting process will take a bit longer as now the BIQ Montreal staff have to deal with so many more applications. But we just have to be a bit more patient.

Dear Friends
this is to inform you that one of my friend had applied for the csq in nov-2010 and he is a densit. He applied @ hong kong but unfortunately he got rejection on the basis of french
He had completed B1 but officer gave him only 4 points instead of 8
as per my knowledge for A1 =2 , A2= 6 and B1= 8 for those who have applied b4 6 dec-2011
so friends like to know from you guys what is to be done in this case bcoz he is nov -2010 case and the same will be applied to us as well
and we should fight for the same bcoz i think this is their strategy to low down the numbers
thankd and waiting for your comments
This can never be the case, there may be something else, maybe scores in speaking and listening

Hello,
I dont want to disappoint you, but this was in the past, now you can only claim points for certificates you have, and ORIGINAL COPY of them, that is, if the istitute gave you the attestation that you succeeded DELF still your application will be returned, and you will have to wait until the certificate comes from France to you.
The certificate take in my country procedures, 120 days to be signed and sent from France.
sorry for all that and Good Luck

Hi All
Has anyone else got the confirmation about transfere of file from BIQ Hongkong to BIQ Montreal?
I asked them where to submit my other documents to update the file, then I've been informed to submit them @ BIQ HK till 31st-March.
Can't understand what are they doing with our files.??
I guess there will be a small freeze for some time, other wise they will never be better in processing.
It is not fair neither for old applicants, nor new applicants, and nor for those who are still preparing to send their applications, to be in such a Queue, with limited number of Employees.
I guess they will centralize all the process from Montral, but this needs a small freeze, to get rid of some of the backlog they have.
They used to send AOR after 45 days and now up to 7 months ..
I 100% agree with you. This is what i have always maintained even in this forum.Judging from their long silence and backlog since 2010,i guess the program will be suspended for a long while.Probably till next yr to clear the backlogs.

Lets hope for the very fast & booster power play after this pause and I wish they will clear all backlog.. no matter if they have to work 24x7 8)
