Hi! Its me again pammy0678! If you remember you responded to my inquiry regarding doing medicals paying the RPRF send the bank draft and attach a letter that my family and I will be sending our passports in January (more than a month after we pay RPRF and do medicals) because we will all be on a holiday vacation (my daughter and I will be in Manila for more than a month) and back in Tokyo 1st week of January. I sent an email to Tokyo Visa office regarding this but they haven`t responded yet. I sent a total of 3 emails the 3rd email was about my husband`s misspelled name on the medical form. Should I just go ahead with what we plan to do or should I send TOkyo visa office an email again? Is it possible to call? please help! thanks!

Older reply to u...

1. They usually don't extend the time.
2. U can do the Meds in Tokyo, while Your daughter could get it done in Manilla.
3. All of u can do it in Manilla too. The DMP can forward it to the local CHC. It doesn't matter.
4. That misspell can be corrected by the DMP (signed & sealed by him/her).
5. If u must delay your plan, u may take that misspell recourse & send back all the docs to your CHC.

Note:
a) If u undertake point-5, write a cover letter.
b) Also, that point-5 might delay your case considerably.

Pls understand that u r delaying your process & beware that time doesn't run out on u. As I understand, your deadline is soon approaching.

It really depends what u guys want. I had given u the 5 choices based on your previous post. CHC may or may not reply... But, if u guys r delayed - u have lost it. Calling also might not help. Plus, getting over to your VO would be a challenge.

Kindly follow the above choices & act accordingly.

ok thanks for your reply appreciate it. we are scheduled to do our medicals next week and as per your advise we will just write a letter when we send our bank draft for the RPRF explaining that we can only send our passports 1st week of January after our holiday vacation.
