MEDICAL EXAM --- please help! URGENT!

Hello! Please help me! I just got a letter from Tokyo Visa office requiring us to undergo a medical examination. My problem is my baby just left today for Manila and she will be staying there for more than 2 months. I dont know what to do. My husband and I can take the medical here in Tokyo but what about my baby? We are required to submit everything within 30 days upon receipt of the letter. Please help! Is it possible for my baby to take her medical in Manila and submit our documents separately ? My husband and I will take the medical here and our daughter in Manila? PLease help!!!

Hi, re the medicals yes it can be done. I know somebody who is in quatar and did his medicals there (he is the principal applicant) and his family did theirs in Manila. The dmp will only need urine from your baby. no more xrays and blood extraction... btw, dont forget to send the medical request forms to your family in manila whos goin to take the baby to the doctor and also an authorization letter authorizing whoever to take your baby to nationwide or makati med . you can call the dmp in advance informing them that somebody in your behalf is taking your baby there for medicals. i hope this will help you.

Don't Panic. You can have medical tests in any part of the world but as per CHC recognized DMP's list.

Your baby can have medical tests where ever he/she is. Document submission will directly be from DMP.

Send the letter to your CHC along with reason for request. Will surely get the extension
