In a weird situation. I have my sister in Canada, who is a PR. There is a minor error in our father's name in our passport. I mean there are some spelling difference. I am from India.
Can you please tell me how can I solve it ? Affidavit from India will work or I have to have my father to make a declaration in court?

Back again with one more Question , today I came to know that , my sister does not have anything in her name , she is added as secondary applicant in Lease agreement and Bank (My brother in law is main) , are those acceptable by CIC ?

As far as I know Lease agreement and bank statement work as CIC wants to see that they are really in Canada but seniors please shade some lights on it.

Also in my birth certificate my dad name also has surname same goes for my sister too but in our passport surname is not there will this cause any prob
my sister lives in Canada but unfortunaly her PR card is expired . Although she has not met the reqired 2 years out of 5 years to renew her card ,she still has permanent resident status . Can I claim the 15 points for sibling , considering the fact she is not going to request new PR

Long story short, i dropped her and changed Sister to Aunt(citizen) to my EE profile.
After ITA my ee profile is still showing Sister
Can I still use Aunt post-ITA and make LOE? We need the points badly.
