case indicates decision made but no mention of mailing.

They haven't started processing my application yet.....

Hey good day...I have email ircc and they respond to my email...they still did say my application was sent to program support unit. Just that it's still in process..

Same here, started processing on march 12, 2020. Decision made. No update since then.

That sucks, are you applying for a replacement or new certificate? And is it a non-routine application? Since I read it will take longer.

My application has been ongoing since December 18 2018 and it is new application.

It's kinda sad because my application is straight forward.

take a look at this link. It seems that they are only bringing few people back to office and having trouble with paper applications, like the citizenship proof applications...

did you write to them and what did they reply? Chance is they never mailed it, the embassy told me all mailing was stopped since March and slowly starting again now in June

Has anyone tried logging in to their account but can’t because it says no application in process? I tried checking mine but I can’t go through coz apparently the website is saying that I don’t have any application. I was emailed to send my documents to their office and will forward it to the responsible officer. I’m confused right now because they said before that my documents were forwarded to the responsible officer and now they don’t have it? After a year of waiting, they would do this? It really sucks. I’m needing the certificate badly for my SIN which I raised that concern already to cic.
