Program Deferral - Change of Campus

Good Day.

My husband is applying for student permit and enrolled at Sask Poly for winter intake (January 2024).
However, until now we haven't received yet our visa approval and we need now to defer his intake.

Challenge here is that his program has only 1 intake every year, and the next intake is on January 2025 for Regina Campus.
We've searched that same program is offered for Fall Intake at Saskatoon, would it be possible to defer his intake to another campus? There will be no change in DLI and program only the campus will change.

Hope you could advise us if this will be possible and what is the best thing to do.
