Hi, recently I deferred my program to next intake , January 2024 Regina saskpolytech , but instead I got LOA august 2024. I don’t know what to do now. I seen college website the course which I applied also available in other campus and January intake available. Can I switch to Saskatoon from Regina Saskatchewan

So you have an approved study permit? You can switch just get a new LOA for Regina for January intake.
 
No i yet to apply for study permit , the reason behind I’m late because of GIC problem, I deposited gic from father account which is not acceptable, so applied for refund and money came after 15 days and which I so late and my course program starts from Aug 28 this month only . So there is no point to apply for study permit now. So I deferred my program to next intake. January but they given me LOA august 2024. Which is almost one year . I thought seats are unavailable in Regina campus for my program PGC cloud computing and blockchain Saskatchewan Polytechnic. But in Saskatoon campus seats are available I seen website. Can I request College to change my campus and to Jan intake

You need to ask the college for a new LOA for Saskatoon. This is an issue with the school, not IRCC.
