Hi, I applied online for my TRV about 15 days ago and in myCIC account this is the message I got yesterday. What I am unsure about is if they want my original passport or scanned copy mailed to their office, or scanned copy uploaded to myCIC account (which i dont know how to do anymore). What is quite misleading is their choice of words(scanned copy, received at this office, upload)...so any help will be appreciated. I have up until May 13 for them to get it...so please help.
