Yes From VFS Delhi I think it gets dispatched to home address based on previous posts

Passport request letter: 27th July 2021
VFS webform: 27th July 2021
Payment link from VFS: 28th July 2021
Sent passport via Blue Dart courier: 29th July
Received VFS tracking ID: 3rd Aug 2021
Under process at IRCC Delhi: 6th Aug 2021,
Dispatched from IRCC to VFS Delhi: 13th Aug 2021
Dispatched from VFS Delhi to me: 13th Aug 2021 (but without any tracking no or AWB number)

You should have received AWB number when then emailed you the tracking number for the very first time

Nah, no such info was provided to me. Only VFS tracking # 20 digit alphanumeric number was given.
