Don't worry about it. It doesn't get updated, can take 2 weeks for it to appear online.

Hey kankan yeah I have a feeling that we will get our ppr in jan. in dec. the office will work slow cuz of the Christmas holiday and officers will go on vacations.. my hubby ddidn't even receive an email for remedical his medical was done in sept.. and also his police clearance expired on oct. We just have to hang in there and hope for the best..

Hey lucid 1209,
I'm not sure how long it will recieve PPR after medical has been updated. But I can answer your 2nd question. For my husband the visa is valid until Oct 2017. So that's about 11 months. Hope this helps.

Quick update. My husband picked up his visa from VFS. Both our UCI account and GCKEY account have been updated to 'DM' and 'complete'. His ticked is booked and confirmed. He will be arriving just before christmas. Yaaay. Thank you to everyone for your support. Wish you all good luck. Hope you all hear good news soon. Congratulations to all of you who received ur visa.

It took 2 days. We submitted it Monday this week and got it back on Wednesday.

Usually 10 business days after Medical updated.
Visa is valid till the expiry of the Medical.

Hopefully he was confident in answering all the questions. Did he have any indication from the interviewer if she was satisfied with his answers? As long as he was truthful it should be ok.

There are a couple signs to look out for to see "good" signs:
When did the meds expire? If they were expired for a while, he should receive the renewal request shortly.
If he does take it as a good sign. If they just expired, sometimes they do not ask for a renewal

Have you checked the online status? If the decision is positive, the status will remain "In Process" until passport request.

U mean police clearance valid 1 year
