Ya I know. We sent information request email too. But no reply. We have no update since my medical passed on 7th dec 2017

finally MP helped us!!! :) Colombo office replied like ,At the moment, there are steps remaining that need to be assessed, such as the eligibility, security and criminality checks. The CSQ has also been received. There are no documents required from you, and the processing time is approximately 12 months. Little relax. But funny process
 
so I spoke with VFS today and they told me that it takes 3-5 days for Colombo High Commission to stamp the passports. Hang in there everyone and keep checking your tracking number!

I feel like it’s up to the visa officer. Some are slower than others I guess.
