Processing time for spousal visa - Sri Lanka

Hello all, any idea how long PCC takes once we submit application at the Police Headquarters in Colombo? Does the police come to your house to check. Do you need to be present when the police comes?

its not important to present you when police came to your house . they will ask with 2 neighbors about you thats all
how ever they will call you when they came to your home

How does colombo vo work. Do they do background checking before requesting medical. They take 3 whole months to generate med req.What kind of additional docs do they require. I thought there wont be additional doc request once transferred from cpc missisauga. OMG... the whole process seems to be never ending

I visited to India on 17th may 2014 to 12 July 2014 for my sister’s wedding .
Should I had to mention this on travel history in our sponsor form?

My husband didn’t mention on the travel history.
I’m waiting for my interview date
Is there any chances for refusing my application?

No. Don't worry. It won't affect. If it is more than 6 months then it will affect. Even I went india for 10 days. But I didn't mention. Everything on our passport

When it's transferred to Colombo? Updates we can't guess. I got my medical within 1 month once my file transferred to Colombo. Someone got after 2,3 months. Can you share your timeline?
