Hello everyone, I have read many posts and all of them are very helpful so I’m very grateful about the help. And I would appreciate it if anyone can help me. Thanks!

Below are my concerns and questions.
1. Can I prepare my reference letter in advance? (Like 2 years prior to EE) Whether the reference letter would expire or not?

2. Should I prepare this reference letter before I resign or after? Since it would be easier to prepare it while I’m still an employee of the company.

3. Since the company A that I am actually working for outsources the staff information to another human resource company B. So every certificate is and can only be issued by company B. Should I mention this in the reference letter( for example Mr. XXX was a full time employee in A company but the staff information is outsourced to B)? Since the company name at the end of the reference letter is the human resource company B.

I know it’s a very long long enquiry. Sorry to bother and Thank you all!!

1. Reference letter in advance should not be a problem
2. If possible all for it during resignation so that it can have your start and end dates
3. Mention it in loe, assuming this is a professional company issuing these letters, it should not be a problem
