No the general attempt to reduce PRs will likely make processing slower. Canada welcomed too many refugees, asylum seekers and people for H&C reasons and there just isn’t the services or housing to absorb these huge numbers. Processing was always multiple years but varies greatly between cases so would not pay too much attention to posted processing times.
Ok but how come they don't send any emails until now are there that too many people

I don't think they sent him AOR...but he will get it before us because he applied in February
I do not mean AOR, I wanted to check if they received the automated email confirming that the submission was successfully received. After submitting, everyone usually gets this confirmation email, and I received one as well. what about you? did you get that email?

After submitting, you should receive an email with a message similar to this:

"Thank you for contacting the Resettlement Operations Centre in Ottawa (ROC-O). This automatic reply confirms that your email has been received by our mailbox..."

This email serves as confirmation that your submission was successful.

I am seeking help from individuals who have experience with travel issues, particularly those who may know someone affected by a flight cancellation. Specifically, I would like to know if anyone has encountered a situation where a person was supposed to travel on May 22nd, 2024, but their flight was canceled. Additionally, if their movement is currently on hold by the CHC (Canadian High Commission) and their online status has reverted back to “in process,” how long can one typically expect for a travel update in such cases? Is this kind of delay common for travelers departing from Kampala, Uganda to Canada.

So apparently no , I didn't yet receive any AOR. I am afraid that my application was lost in the system. Is there people like me who faced the same issue but later the process went normal???

So the AOR and the automatic reply is not the same ?
And In the eventuality of not receiving in what will that mean ??

No, AOR and automatic reply are different. ask your sponsor, as this information will only be sent to sponsors.
