Principal Applicant (Inland) Dependent (Outland) during COVID-19

Hi everyone, should the dependent receive PPR/RFV anytime after the applicant has received the eCoPR or the PR card should arrive first?

anytime. some have got it before PA got eCOPR. How long are you waiting?

Does anyone know which office is IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca ? We were told that this office has our file so contact them for enquiries.

Received from Halifax office but at the end page it's ircc delhi address.

Yes I sent few emails to Delhi ircc as well today my husband called ircc Canada after that we received email and also letter in cic account.

Hello all, my spouse is outland and i am inland, can i receive portal confirmation or ecopr before her PPR? my spouse is stuck in Ukraine and embassyand VACs are closed there. Spouse raised a webform of her stay in Ukraine in the new Ukraime crusus situation. There is no place to receive PPR request for spouse.
How will this thing affects application?

Ideally the inland spouse will receive portal email first before the outland spouse receives PPR mail. Sometimes both come together. Depends on case to case.

Also you don't need to worry about passport for stamping in the same country post PPR mail you can submit passport for stamping in any country in the world where there is a Canadian Embassy & VFS office.

Finally things are moving for me. Received the PPR for my spouse(Outland). Still waiting for my COPR which I should hopefully get it in next few days.
