Hi, I read on canadavisa.com email that applying for Prince Edward PNP EE is not a point-based system, but I'm confused when I read on PE website there is a need to satisfy the 67 points. Can anyone confirm if you need 67 points before submitting application to PE PNP EE? Thanks

CIC assesses federal skilled worker applications based on six selection factors.
If you score 67 points or higher (out of 100), you may qualify to immigrate to Canada as a federal skilled worker.
PEI will accept your Expression of Interest once you have an active Express Entry profile and Job Seeker validation code. You would only have these requirements if you satisfy the initial 67/100 points for Canadian FSW express entry scheme.
Long and short: Once you have an active EE profile and JB account you can submit and EOI for PEI under their Express Entry category.

I'm sorry you need to have at least 67 points to qualify. See the selection factors here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp
