i have a quick question , a few days ago there was a massage in prince edward immigration system website , that they had fulfilled there requirements for 2016 , this message has been removed now , is that mean that they had open their pnp program ??

The EOI is valid for 1 year, so you only need to send a new one if a year has passed.

Hi. What is a file number? When I send my EOI to PEI, i havent receive one yet. Pls.help

Enquiries made within 60 calendar days of submission of your application to the Office of Immigration will not be answered. After 60 days, submit enquiries to expressentry@gov.pe.ca (link sends e-mail). Be sure to include your file number in the subject line of the email. If you do not have a file number, you do not have an application in process.
