Yes but standard reply is that delay is due to covid. My MP even told me that that 13 months is good i guess tons of peoples files are taking 16 months plus. Who knows what’s going on honestly

I got pre arrival March 3 and additional doc request March 24th. Since then nothing. What office if your VO?

Remeicals done 2 weeks ago, I got a confirmation email that my medical results have been sent to IRCC, But my ECAS does not show medical receive, Status still says in Process.
Is it normal??????

Don't know, and think it very much depends on individual case.

Should update the address but if it's same province (or more importantly not in or out of quebec), shouldn't make a difference.
