How do I inform IRCC about an on-going PR application in an another country while I am busy submitting my documents for ITA in EE ?
How will my Canadian PR application be affected in case I receive another country's PR after submitting all my documents post ITA ?
If the "another country" you mean is usa, then it might be a problem since theoretically it's against the US law to have a Canadian PR while being a PR of usa.
Otherwise they don't care.. Ultimately it is your responsibility to obey the residency obligation in Canada and that of the "another country", if there is one.
