Can I change the country after receiving the ITA or after submitting the documents? Do we receive anything by mail to the address given?
Also, can I be unemployed during the PR process?
If you change your country before eAPR, you will need to take PCC of your former country after you leave and new country after you enter.
If you change your country after eAPR, you just need to inform CIC about the change in contact details.
You can be unemployed during processing
Thank you... that helps!!
