You shouldn't be travelling to your home country before submitting your eAPR - after that you're free to do as you please.

The OP asked if he could. Well he / she can travel anytime he / she wants. For convenience, it's always better to travel after eAPR.

This isn't about convenience, this is related to his/her PCC and how it would affect his/her application.

You can travel anywhere after e-APR only without incurring any hassle related to PCC. avoid all travel out of country till you submit your application and receive AOR.

Can I confirm again if I can go travel after I submit my PR application? (my work permit still valid by the time I travel)

I will submit in May 1st and plan to go USA 5 days for vacation starting May 20th.

(I worked in Canada now with PGWP)
