PR renewal pick up or mail?

Hi,

Are all renewed PR cards only available through pick up at CIC? Are there any cases where they mail the actual card? Also, if its only pick up, does the actual person have to go or would a relative be okay?

It varies.. Some people get in mail and for few they ask for pickup.

As far as I know... It has to be person himself who need to pick and you can not delegate or authorize others.
