Hello everyone, I would like to ask if there is any time frame for picking up a renewed PR card in person.
I just received a letter from CIC asking me to pick up a PR card.
Also, since I am outside Canada, would there be any problems entering Canada by land from US with an expired PR card?

If I remember correctly, they allow 180 days. If you don't meet the Residency Obligation requirements, you could have problems with being reported. Otherwise, not a problem.
