I received the confirmation email to connect to the PR Portal with my temporary password to confirm my PR, address and picture.
When I log into the portal I get to a blank page with green ticks but not text and I am now stuck there.
I tried to connect from Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge and smartphone but I have the same issue.
I also commented on a random post in Facebook here https://www.facebook.com/CitCanada
Just trying to make more noise. If everyone here does it, it can help, I think. At least a chance that they notice us.
It is hard to believe that with so many people reporting the issue, IRCC doesn’t know about it. Anyhow, I am in the same boat and this is just frustrating! I have emailed them, posted on their Twitter handle on June 26, sent a general and technical webform, tried calling 50 times, no luck there. Please keep posted on the progress.

How are you able to call IRCC general phone number? They never put me on the queue to speak to an agent no matter when I call. We need to create awareness that this is an issue.
