PR Portal blank page

Hello,

I received the confirmation email to connect to the PR Portal with my temporary password to confirm my PR, address and picture.
When I log into the portal I get to a blank page with green ticks but not text and I am now stuck there.

I tried to connect from Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge and smartphone but I have the same issue.

I have only 3 days left to confirm. Any idea?

After entering the administrator credentials for the Gaia WebUI Firefox 56 or Chrome 66 and clicking on "LOGIN >", only a blank page appears.

Same issue adrien! we have to wait I guess, it is a system error, I believe, since a lot of people have experienced the same thing, including me!

Same issue here, I got my credentials yesterday and since than it is only showing blank page with green ticks.

I have emailed them on following email address regarding issues.
IRCC.ClientPortalOntario-OntarioClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
I would highly suggest that you guys do the same as they will open on Monday and can look into it.

Hi All,

Got PR portal mail today and I am also facing the same issue: Blank white screen with some green ticks.

Have emailed "IRCC.ClientPortalOntario-OntarioClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca" reporting the same.

I hope there is a resolution soon...

I believe it's better to send the notification to IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca first thing on Monday Morning.

I too got the creds on 25th June and unable to login.

Please do raise a technical issue as well. I just did that too.
