PR confirmation portal timelines

1. When did you receive an email asking for information? June 12th
2. When did you receive your log-in details for the portal? June 23rd
3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address, and uploaded a picture on the portal? June 23rd
4. When did you receive ECOPR? Still Waiting (In Review with IRCC)
5. What is the VO? Etobicoke
6. When did you receive your PR card in the mail? Still Waiting
I am waiting anxiously every day, hoping that someone from IRCC will view my credential and send me the ECOPR. I tried to call them starting from 8:00 AM. However, it seems like nobody is working there that I can never get connected with an agent...
Does this happen to anyone here as well? I hope all your applications went smoothly unlike me. T_T

Same here, I have confirmed everything via their portal on June 23rd... Still waiting here.

As per the photo specifications provided by IRCC, we need to upload front and back side of the photo to Permanent Residence Portal . But the portal is allowing to upload only one file and its allowing only JPG, JPEG or PNG formats. Have a question for the people who got their photo approved and received PR card after providing detils in Permanent Residence Portal - did you upload back side of the photo? If yes, how did you do that?

I dont think you need the back of the picture. It is only if you are applying physically

Upload your face. There isn't 2 options of upload and I don't see the reason why you need the back of it. There is only one space in the portal for photo

It's specified here : https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...grants/pr-card/apply-renew-replace/photo.html to upload the back side of the photo with name, dob, studio address and the date when photo is taken. But I believe it's only for physical photos. Not for digital uploads.

I submitted mine without back picture as London Drug also did not say anything. The guy said only if you are sending it by mail, he stamped so you can fill in details at the back of the pic

Below is my status

AOR - Nov 4, 2020
Case Processing Center: Ottawa
Passed all stages : May 12, 2021
First email asking for details: Friday May 18, responded same day
Second email (credentails to PR confirmation Portal): updated In Canada Declaration, Address and Photo upload on the same day.
Emailed through MP on June 9, 2021: They got update from IRCC saying everything is completed, they just have to wait till it gets confirmed.

We are still waiting for the "In-Canada Declaration" to get accepted.

Is there a way we can mail them asking for update or expedite this process ? I called IRCC almost 5-6 times, they said everything is done and i just have to wait. Is anyone in the same situation. Kindly help. Its already 2 months now.

I’m waiting from june 2 and replied them multiple times and called them also, they are asking me to wait and my patience is over
