Is it the email you guys are talking about? Because i replied mine yesterday and received it today. I think it depends on how many dependents you have too? I have none
IRCC told me that everything was ok with my daughter eCOPR and tell me it should be a technical issue. They send me an email with the following note: ‘If you require technical support, please send an email to IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca’

I send email 27jun but still not yet received any 2nd email.I wrongly email 3 time first email then 2nd email and details and 3d full details. Due to that reason i never received 2nd email please some one know or any idea.
I sent my first email on July 9th and didn't get portal credentials. sent second email on July 13th and same day received the credentials. not sure, it was due to second email or first email itself but there was no issue with sending two emails. And, there is no diff in the details sent in both emails. may be sending wrong data would delay process...

Yes, One dependent. And i think VO is Virtual Landing, Central Operations unitI am waiting since June 8th
haven't tried to call them. created a web form yesterday, still waiting on the response...
