The only thing you can do is check your tracker to see the COPR document number generated along with an expiry date in your tracker. Apart from that, there's nothing to track. They'll just upload it in the portal and once that's done, they'll send an email.
For me I can see that my photo and address in review with IRCC in the PR portal, but when I login to the "canada.ca" portal, I do not see any update on "Final decision". In review of eligibility also I see, "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements".
I tried accessing the PR tracker but it does not pick my application.
Is it the same for others too?

you don't need to worry about other portals, just check the pr portal from time to time, once they receive your declaration they will issue your ECOPR, this usually take 2-3 weeks sometimes 4 weeks and then they will approve your address and regarding the photo, I received my pr card a week ago and my photo is still in review so I guess they never accept your passport sized photo they just download it and make your pr card and then you receive it after 2-3 weeks of your ECOPR.

regarding the photo, that is interesting. I had my photo taken by a professional, sized correctly for the PR as they request.
For some reason when I uploaded it to the portal, it detected that it wasn't within their requirements (even though the photo was). I had to mark a checkbox acknowledging that the photo was not within their requirements and that a CIC agent might reject my confirmation because of it.

Yes when I uploaded the picture it said the photo is too dark but anyways you can still proceed and I asked my lawyer about that also and he said not to worry the immigration system is a mess, he uploaded the photo on my friend’s behalf and during that also they had the same issue now I received my PR card on Nov 1 and a week later it still says photo in review and my friend also received his PR card and in his case his photo and his address as well is still in review. So 2-3 weeks after you receive your ECOPR, I would suggest to check your mailbox rather than waiting for IRCC to approve your photo and address.
