Is this normal? It has been almost a year since the submission of CEC application. I'm applying from the US.
No update since April. Medical exam is about to expire now this month. Any suggestions are appreciated.

This is not normal. Are you stuck on comprehensive security screening? If so, then no one can say how long it might take before IRCC acts. I suggest you reach out to the MP and also call IRCC to find out what's happening with your application!
 
Anyone from Montreal VO, got P1 on Sep 18 and P2 with photo and address submission on Oct 09 still I don't see ECOPR yet, any idea how long it take to get it ?
