I have applied for Spousal PR for my wife on June 7 2023 everything on Eligibility is completed & also received pre-arrivals on December 2023, After December 2023 there are no updates my medicals also expired, visa processing office is Delhi, I am waiting for E-copr and PPR request, anyone on the same boat and do my wife have to redo medicals again or wait to be asked by IRCC. Please advise

Biometrics status - Not showing complete (contacted IRCC, and they mentioned they received it but needs to be updated by an immigration officer, they might do it all together )
Background check - Not applicable (I'm not sure even if it has already started or not)
Eligibility and document - Eligibility and documents are still in review
Final Decision - Your application is in progress

Some folks who received AOR on June 3-7th, few of them have already received the final decision and portal creation request.

I got ITA in same draw.
Got COPR last Friday.
