don't remember, you need to search the thread. you can also check if you can link PR card application in your GCkey, that would confirm what the agent told you

you sure you need that? I think you can do it with UCI/family name/place of birth

So I called IRCC and they said wait. P1 was from Montreal IRCC
When I asked about my VO, they said your Primary office is Ottawa and secondary is Etobicoke. Not sure whats happening

I asked. She just said “You PR has been approved” but the ecopr is nowhere to be found because my agent didnt open my files since sept 5
