I got P1 on Nov 27 from Montreal VO and received P2 on Dec 29 (VO name not mentioned) after sending P1 reply to other VOs individually. Some of us did that as well, and they were successful. Have you tried that? You can back-read about it.
I received my P1 on 19th Dec, replied on the same day
tracker was updated on Dec 27th
I sent another email to all email addresses mentioned on this post on Jan 3.

You don't apply for the PR card, IRCC makes the application for you after eCOPR. You can link the application to GCKey, that's the only way you'll get updates and you can see in the final decision/documents section when it's mailed.

Is there any form of letter to request issuance of ecopr to ircc? Emailed them again today with the same subject and information detail as my P2 and indicated there if they can send me ecoPR

No, they'll just reply that you're in the virtual landing queue, which hardly works like a real queue. Best bet is probably MP, but even that might not have any effect. Just have to wait, for me it took 4 months.

Maybe when you call IRCC, you can request them if they can send reminder message to the VO working on your case. I read that some did that, just try and hope it works.
I have done this so many times and requested them to send a message to the officer even i called today and they said they are not able to do that . I feel like it depends on the agent .

We sent e-mails on all ircc email address. Today i received p2 email but when i created my account it shows only for one person it doesn't show the other dependants.
P1 received and replied : Dec 22, 2023
P2 : waiting
eCOPR / PR card : waiting
VO is IRCC Etobicoke
We applied under EE-CEC and our PGWP is expiring in June 2024. Should we apply for BOWP now? Cos I think that we will only be secured once we receive the eCOPR right?
