I don’t think is big deal. People receive their PR cards in mail whilst their mail and photo were still in a review.

true, same happened with my friend, he was worried that his photo and address were still in review but 3 weeks later, he received the PR card in the mail!

Got the email around 11am, was not expecting it on weekend but glad it came through.

Portal 1: August 28 (submitted info same day)
Portal 2: Sept 1 (submitted photo and address same day)
eCoPR: Sept 23
PR Card: waiting

Does anyone know if flagpoling helps to expedite eCoPR? I will need to extend my WP, if the process takes much longer. =(

Finally Got ECOPR today (23/09/2023)

Portal 1 : 4 August

Portal 2 : Received after (25 days) I.e. on 29 August, photo, address and declaration updated same day.

Ecopr : 23 September (……..25 days)

Pr card : waiting

You can get your pr card file number after linking you ecopr in IRcc gckey account
Step 1 : login you GCC key account
Step 2 : click on link file button
Step 3 : select pr card option in category
Step 4 : select uci number and faimily name which got in ecopr.
Step 5 : ecopr issue date
Step 6: submit
After success
Then you can see the pr card application number

Thanks for the clarification, I linked pr card application for me and my family, my daughter received her PR card from 2days the rest of us still in progress as showing up , I was wondering why we are still in progress as we have the same program with the same date of eCoPR?
