Congrats! may I ask which day said on the eCOPR that you became a PR? Sept 1 or Sept 23?

It is the day we get the ECOPR thats the day we become PR

The application was already approved the day we received Portal 1, but officially we become PR the day we received eCOPR.

true, same happened with my friend, he was worried that his photo and address were still in review but 3 weeks later, he received the PR card in the mail!

no, he received the eCoPR the next day of his P2 but his portal tracker showed, "In Review with IRCC" for his photo and address.

I would say the status trackers both on GCkey and portal were lagging. E.g. the Final decision status on GCkey status wasn't even updated by the time I received P1 and P2, then it showed the application was approved by August 28 by the time I received CoPR on September 23.
