I am also waiting for COPR since 19th August . Yes you are right for above 90 % cases mentioned here it takes 3,4 days max .

It's is so frustrating, its been 3 Weeks now!!!!

I received Portal 1 on Aug 4, Portal 2 Aug 10, replied same day. Waiting COPR Since. In- Canada declaration turned Green,(DOES THAT MEAN ANYTHING?) but no COPR. Over 3 weeks now.

I really cant understand the logic in ircc why somebody already have their portal 2 when they received portal 1 august 14,,, why mine i havent received mine yet.. I received portal 1 August 2.. Its so frustrating......

It's is so frustrating, its been 3 Weeks now!!!!

I can understand and IRCC says there is no timelines for this Portal thing which is very sad. People might have plans to visit family and have other important things to do, rather than to live in a limbo.
