I received Portal 1 on Aug 4, Portal 2 Aug 10, replied same day. Waiting COPR Since. In- Canada declaration turned Green,(DOES THAT MEAN ANYTHING?) but no COPR. Over 3 weeks now.
Another update here: I got the PR card application approval today!
Portal 1: Aug 4, replied Aug 5, mentioned I already had an account in the PR Portal (got automatic reply), did not send follow-up emails (Virtual Landing Unit)
Portal 2: Aug 11, replied on the same day
eCoPR: Aug 17
PR card: Aug 28 (approved and mailed - I'm tracking it in the IRCC account)
PR card receipt: waiting
FYI, in the IRCC account they say: "We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive."
And in my PR Portal account, both address and photo are still "in review with IRCC". \o/

I just received the application approval one day after I got the eCoPR. It was one of that "we uptated your application status" emails. It's a bit frustrating because I didn't even know if the application was fully approved before the Portal emails.
Thank you!
Portal 1 is the first email asking to confirm some personal information and with a PDF document explaining everything.
Portal 2 is the email with the credentials (or a new tab, for those who already have an account) to the PR Portal so you can declare you're in Canada, upload your photo and confirm address.
