Day 35.
Has anyone exceeded the 5-month processing time mentioned by IRCC for CEC applications after receiving their AOR and is still waiting for their COPR?
My 5 month mark will literally be on January 01st, 2025!
This feels like real life HUNGER GAMES!

Is there any hope that IRCC will issue the COPR within the 5-month timeline?

Yeah, lol I'm past 6 months now. AOR was in June 8th. P1 Oct 7th and P2 Oct 29th.

ANY ecopr today??
What's the best number to call about an Outland Spousal Sponsorship for Vancouver, BC? I've received my P2 but no eCOPR
Canada Post strike won't affect the ECOPR's but they are definitely impacting the mailing of PR Cards, IRCC probably have 50000 to 100000 PR Cards sitting in their Warehouse waiting to be picked up by Canada Post although if it is an emergency you can raise a webform and add proof along with it then IRCC Officer will review it and if accepted then they will send it through either FedEx or UPS and also nobody is allowed to pick up their PR Cards, it needs to be delivered to a Canadian address.
Thanks! What warrants an emergency? Having to leave the country? I'm here waiting for my Outbound (Family Class) Spousal Sponsorship. Arrived early on an eTA.
Those who're receiving eCOPR after delays, can any of them confirm, if their PR start-date is backdated OR effective from the date, when they received the eCOPR?

I didn't receive ECOPR after a long delay got it 3 weeks after P2 and your start date is the day they issue your ECOPR, in my case I got my ECOPR on Oct 11 then on my PR Card it says PR since Oct 11, 2025

My ECOPR was issued under 5 month mark AOR was May 26 and ECOPR was Oct 11 but I waited for 11 months last year to get my PNP approval so thankful to IRCC to issue ECOPR on time and sending my PR card just a week before the cp strike.

One of the person who got his PR Card through expedited process from FedEx mentioned his family member being sick who lives outside Canada and he added proof of that and then IRCC officer reviewed it and sent his PR Card through FedEx.
