PR CARD

Hi,
We completed our landing in 2019 but did not receive our PR Card. We had to leave Canada and come back to the US due to work commitments and were unable to move for over a year due to the pandemic and some family health challenges. Is it possible for us to use the online Web form and provide a Canadian address now for the PR card? Unfortunately, we haven't been able to get through to the phone number they have provided. Is it possible to apply from before and have it delivered to my Uncle's house where we are going to be staying after moving anyway. And he can send it across to us.

You must be in Canada to apply. You can apply for a PRTD to return and then apply for a PR card.
