The same here. Status in on-line account is still Submitted and no any updates yet for 1 month.
I do not think that PR VO has any impact in PR Card aquisition process though.

Hey, Could anyone please confirm exactly where and how we can link the pr card tracking? I received my eCopr yesterday and uploaded my picture on friday, April 30th. I dont know what is expected next from my side!!! PS: VO Etobicoke

Received My PR card last Friday

CoPR - 8 Feb 2021
Photos sent to IRCC office by mail - 10 Feb 2021
Photo received by IRCC office - 11 Feb 2021
PR card received - 26 Feb 2021
I was not able to link my PR card file to online account.

They mentioned same thing for me to...
They told me to upload the photo and details. And they will send the PR CARD.
BUT what happened to your COPR have you got it?
Or you got the PR CARD DIRECTLY???

I submitted my photo resubmission on October/04/2021, since then I haven’t got any update in pr portal or any email. How long it take to get the pr card after the resubmission. Please reply
