Hi guys got message from portal saying i uploaded wrong photo. Defintely it was wrong as i uploaded wrong size pic by mistake. uploaded a new one now. Lets see

Just got a message that our photos are wrong. It says facial area is too small/too big and incorrect photo size.
I used London drugs for these photos and downloaded the digital copy from the link they gave to me.
What should I used to resize the photos? Or should I let the store know that they were wrong.

It is very confusing i agree the dimensions u told me those are the pixels. It actually has be 1600*1200.

Yeah you are right they are pixels.I sent them the high resolution one i think it is ok.
From the link you sent it says it should be atleast 1200x1600.
Rest everything looks good to me, i will wait and see now.
