Just got a message that our photos are wrong. It says facial area is too small/too big and incorrect photo size.
I used London drugs for these photos and downloaded the digital copy from the link they gave to me.
What should I used to resize the photos? Or should I let the store know that they were wrong.

It is very confusing i agree the dimensions u told me those are the pixels. It actually has be 1600*1200.
