Yes, that is correct - first photo was rejected. I was not able to link as I was unaware that the fields needed to be typed in the exact way as seen in e-COPR (eg. no hyphens/dash on UCI or words being case sensitive). I do not have a representative.

Nice, I see. So the point is, when your photo is rejected, usually your application needs some significant more time (I can't understand why though)

Processing time of first PR card is 72 days. It was in the range of 43-49 days before.
Last updated: May 14, 2024 Updated weekly.

I got an update on my GC profile:

Final decision - May 16, 2024: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

No email, no update on PR Portal (still photo under review). I assume I completed GU1.

Finally! Got my card delivered in mail today!

eCOPR: 2nd April
GU1: May 10th
GU2: May 14th
PR card delivered: May 16th

My PR journey started on 4th February 2023. I am sooo glad this is over. Gonna go in for the long nap until the citizenship application

I linked my account on May 11 so I didnt get any email for GU1 but got an email for GU2

Approved on GC for PR application. The status of PR Card application on GC is Submitted.

It means what it means: PR is approved, while your card isn’t approved yet. When you get GU1, you’ll have you Final decision updated with a date in GC, like this:
