GU1 today! Nov 20th

Mine was dispatched on November 1 and I'm still waiting as well, and I know another person who's card was dispatched on October 30 who's still waiting. I think we can wait for this week before fearing the worst.

how do you know it was dispatched ?

Card came from Sydney, Nova Scotia and I am in Toronto, Ontario

GU2: 13th November (dependent), 14th November (main applicant)
PR Card: 20th November (dependent), main applicant pending.

I am living in downtown Toronto, I noticed the card was dispatched from Sydney, NS.

I got my PR card mailed on November 11th and I am still waiting for my PR card, I live in the Durham region VO is Sydney. Is anyone else in the same boat? And does VO Sydney take longer since it is coming from Nova Scotia?

update: I just got my PR card after 6 months and 7 days.

The process is a bit unpredictable, I got my e-copr on june 15, the PR card is mailed on November 11th, but I am still waiting.
