Got the email response that card has been mailed on Aug 23 for self. Haven't received it yet. Hopefully it'll be sometime this week. For spouse, it mentioned it's in approval stage. Hopefully it'll be approved soon.
I have done this as well since it was past normal processing time. They just responded back with the following message (which was useless)

GCKEY account doesn't show any PR Card application. Looks like it was never updated. I tried manually linking it by putting in my information and searching for application. No results found

Okay,
1. The application number is that of PR card and NOT the PR application. You wont know that PR card application number (which starts with letter "R") unless you link it OR ask IRCC.
2. For UCI and Place of Birth, if you are an Indian citizen, use POB as CITY,(SPACE)STATE - as per passport.
